They can no longer say that Bush is responsible, once they allowed Mukasey to take office, a man who would not say that torture is illegal. There are 3 modern torture techniques which are widely used: electric shock, rape, and water torture.

Klein indicts the Democrats here - you can't say, when the evidence starts showing up that people were tortured, that you didn't know. YOU KNEW.
