| 1. Did I really hear KO say that the Book of Revelations |
|
were "Jesus' revelations"? Come on, KO, do your research if you are going to criticize. Revelations is traditionally taken to have been written by some character named "John of Patmos", probably around the time of the emporer Nero but probably later, and usually is not claimed as having come from anything the character Jesus is claimed to have said.

... John of Patmos did write the book of revelations, but in the book the revelations were displayed to him by the glowing bright white figure of Christ. They were, in fact, the revelations of Jesus. Olbermann is correct in his statement.
That's not to say the guy wasn't on a total mushroom trip when he wrote it...

The Revelation of John.
His Hugo reference wasn't backed up at all (the peeing all over laws, etc.).

and very odd comments about Ugo Chavez; Making his worst person of the year rant just a silly nonsense without meaning.

I always thought he was smart and thoughtful and not like any other talking points-repeating freeper on tv. And then he joins the choir of right-wing nutjobs to defame socialist leader Hugo Chavez by saying he "peed on his own country's law and people".
Wow. Just wow.
That's exactly what Bill O'Reilly would say. Or any other brainless idiot who couldn't come up with one fact to justify such a remark, but is still happy enough to make it, thus contributing to the further character assassination of the Venezuelan president.
Keith Olbermann, today's worst.. person.. in the wooooorld!
