I was deeply disturbed that Senator Obama has not been a more active Senator. I do not like that he has not investigated our Afghan, and Iraq war strategies in his Sub-Committee.

I think that he has played it safe.

I know that no politician, but my Senator Durbin comes close, will represent my Will in the Government. I do support Senator Obama for President, yet he has some deficiencies.

32. Hillary & My Texas Primary Vote

She is a Democrat. And she is yellow.

In 2002 - 2003, I just KNEW that authorizing this war at that time was dangerous and extreme. All I had was curiosity and internet access. And a touch of common sense....did anybody ever really believe than Saddam was a threat????

In my opinion, the vote to give Bush the authority to go to war means that either 1. Hillary made a politically expedient decision based on the popularity of the decision at the time without regard to the moral implications, or 2. Hillary is dumber than I am.

Either way, she doesn't need to be president. I agree with Michael Moore who said (and I'm paraphrasing) he could not support someone who had enabled and been a part of something as as horrible as Iraq has been. A MILLION OF OUR FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS DEAD. And for no purpose other than political expediency or stupidity.

I am 61 years old and have never voted in a primary....until a couple of days ago here in Texas. And I've never been prouder of a vote.
