I recall his 2006 run, where he lost the primary to another Democrat, then ran as "I" and won.
Maybe the people of Conn. are wising up. People tend to vote for their incumbent, and the longer they've been in the Senate, the more pronounced that is, so we'll be lucky if they boot Lieberman in favor of a real Democrat.
