Went there long enough to send a message to the mods and then came back here. I am on vacation today trying to let my heart get regular and my sugar lower to somewhere close to normal. Stress and anger are not good for me and my doctor don't appreciate that fact.(Had to see her yesterday) ;)

It is the holidays, my birthday (diet, what diet?) and a supposed zometa treatment on my birthday that has sent me into a tail spin. Got to get myself on an even keel again. I've done it before. Just got to take it easy for a bit and watch the diet. Make some decisions about future treatments and whether they are worth the damage they are doing. Life is weird sometimes. ;)
