| 1. Wow! Savannah of all places to do |
|
such a respectful coverage of the President and good ol' Air Force One.
The anchor out on the tarmac, Michelle, was really enthusiastic and did a great job ..so did Mike back at the station.
Thanks Frenchie. I'm glad she mentioned twice about the President's concerns regarding the Military and their families. I know he cares about them deeply.

popular (except, of course, on the main pages at DU :-( ).

| 5. He is ~ It is sad that there are some Democrats |
|
that are working to see that WE don't get major reform, like Health Care, resolved NOW!
My dream is that anyone that doesn't want the Health Care Bill to pass would have to do without their health excellent - top of the line insurance for just one day ~ they HAVE insurance and want to deny it to others - it breaks my heart.

| 4. Wow, such respectful and excited coverage. I'd forgotten media could cover the president like that. |
|
And from Savannah, Georgia -- totally changed my perception of how he might be perceived/received there -- admittedly, boy did I have a narrow-minded perception of Georgia.

| 6. They did extensive coverage... |
|
even before the trip! They did stories about how excited Savannah was that he was coming, while he was there, and the one you linked when he was leaving. Great coverage!

| 7. Thanks for getting that |

originally available Truman..that was a very unique perspective from a "news" standpoint that a lot of people share. I'll remember that for a long time.
There were some people there who got an extemperaneous tour of Air Force One!
