We did our taxes this weekend, and that tax cut is coming in at a most opportune time.. let me tell you.

I wonder what middle class America is going to say after the tax season?

This was such a great surprise!

And most Americans are going to get a break this year. As I posted to someone else.. how in the world will the Republicans run against giving 90% of us a tax break in November.. Should be interesting how they turn this one around

And their folks will believe them - Dems have to get better at getting out in front of this stuff!

We need to be doing a little horn tooting here and there. I am sure there are a huge number of people who will not realize why they are getting a tax break.

5. Don't underestimate the Obama campaign. . .

So much of this is about timing. If you recall John Kerry was ahead of Bush. He peaked too soon. Even the "conservatives" noted that.

It's a good time right now for "conservatives" to peak. Give it a few months and then tell me who believes what. ;)

I've read more than a few reports around DU of people being Pleased with their tax returns.

In fact mine put a big smile on my face..going to buy a ticket on an airplane with it.. to my new home 5 thousand miles away.B-)

11. Me too! I was able to claim things (I'm awful with tax stuff) that I've

never been able to do before. When I met with my tax guy, I was blown away. I have to admit I don't know a thing about what our President did regarding taxes. I've mainly been keeping up with the HCR issue. All I know is that I'm getting a really nice sum back (when I thought I was going to have to pay)!
