I just saw a thread discussing Reid's plan to introduce a public option bill this year. Good news -- right? Nope! It was slammed for not being a "robust" public option. If it is "robust" it will not be medicare for all or single payer.
When I first saw Michelle Obama speak in January 2008 her speech included a section about how her and her husband have been dealing with moving goalposts their whole lives. Great speech.

The Cliffordu Cycle No he doesn't do it but he isn't here to defend himself now is he? Also it will cause great confusion to those that think that we are talking about his bicycle. here is where the phenomena was first docummented http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=388x18807

| 8. It really is. 99% of information posted on DU used to absolutely correct. |
|
But for some reason, the "rec/unrec" feature seemed to have unleashed the forces of "teh stupid".

| 10. Ia that post about the people who think paying for insurance is getting nothing |
|
it occurred to me that the public option would have cost money.
So even if it passed, they'd still be screaming they were screwed, because they have to pay the premiums for public insurance.
