1. This horrible oil spill situation.. no one could do anything different..

Chris Matthews heard about the tankers who sopped up oil in the middle east and he has been running with it, .. the same Matthews who wanted to know why divers could not go down there to plug it.:crazy:

Right now the media and the right (who are really responsible for pushing those types of wells out there including Cheneys Matlin, Palin, on and on..) know that.. and they want someone to put in the stocks to throw eggs at.

Instead of dealing with the realities of what caused this.. the real culprits.. watching the media, the only thing that will satisfy them is the impeachment of the President and all Democrats out of office so they can get back into power, now that we are cleaning things up in the markets and internationally even.

6. I remember phonebanking for Obama

I remember calling folks in Indiana and elsewhere, I'd never done this.

I'm still very proud, very happy, and when I hear Michael Savage and others go on and on about how this is Obama's Katrina (that was today) and all the rest of it...

...I actually become calm, even smug, knowing that I and millions of others "did it".

We made it happen.

I never forget no matter what they say.

We won.

And, we're still winning!

7. I was talking to my son last night on

Kaua'i and he said he felt like he was tortured a couple of days ago when he was helping with remodeling the upstairs in a home and the husband had on 6 hours of limpbaugh, hannity, savage, and beck.

Later Tim told the wife that he couldn't listen to that anymore..it was distracting and she was losing money on the hourly wage. She said, she couldn't stand it either and would get it taken care of.

We'll see how that goes over. Tim did ask him while it was going on.."How can you take all that whining..they never have any solutions?" The husband was harranguing on Hillary bc she hadn't gotten savage off the list of those who weren't allowed in England! My son said, "would you really wanted to be associated with helping someone like that"?..hmmm?".

8. It's a good feeling to say we support the Democratic President

Seems odd to say that but it's true.

That's why I love BOG.

We are supportive of the Democratic President and work WITH him to make America a better place.
