International Whaling Commission new rules
I'm just starting to read the proposal to lift the commercial whaling moratorium and create a plan that will bring all countries into compliance and make them partners in saving the whales. Haven't read it yet, but wanted to post it.

1. Interesting.....I saw a post title in GD that said that Obama
has approved the killing of whales.

Sigh......

Nothing like twisting something to meet one's personal agenda like that post did.
