"What we saw which is absolutely a culture of high expectations, this huge sense of camaraderie and trust (among) the teachers, the mayor, parents, the universities," said Duncan. "We've got a long way to go. No one's satisfied. No one's saying we've arrived yet, but they have a huge passion for children, and I leave here inspired."
