I don't know what it is but it seems like, since the speech things are feeling righter and righter for the Obama campaign. Maybe it was Casey's endorsement and Leahy calling for her to stop. I don't know. I really feel like Obama is gaining more momentum. I don't know if it will put him over the top in PA because of Rendell (very popular/powerful) and Nutter but if supers keep chipping away at her I think we'll do pretty well. We really need Edwards to stick the final nail in. Offer him AG or Labor!

1. YES!

Casey's endorsement was a moment for me, too. Unexpected, but real (the happiness on Casey's face came through the TV screen, and in the pictures of their road show across PA this weekend), and will be very very helpful in winning over the middle and western parts of the state. If Barack does better than expected in PA, it's over .

Also, in addition to the growing number of endorsements of Obama by his fellow US Senators (Amy Klobuchar today. . ), it feels to me that many of them are talking with each other and orchestrating maneuvers together on behalf of Barack. The Movement isn't just among us voters; it's happening in Congress, too.

John Kerry has said more than once that it's not just voters who have been frustrated these last few years; "those of us in Congress have been frustrated, too".
In Congress and on the streets, people are working for change.

2. yes--I was thinking about this last night

How well orchestrated it all is. Casey endorses, then Leahy says she should get out, then Kerry comes on and says she can stay as long as she wants, Obama says the same, and Richardson gets on TV on a Sunday--they all look like part of an overall plan. Just like their ground game, their media game is also superb. Like watching a ballet. I was wondering whether the Leahy comment was put out there just so Obama could rebut it, with Kerry coming in as a reinforcement. I can't imagine them putting out contradictory messages that carelessly. They know that the media is always hungry for something, so they feed them what they want them to have.

The only thing they aren't controlling is what's incoming from the other side--but they have a great rapid response team that is deflecting stuff back at them, managing to make the other side look kinda silly.

4. Obama supporters look smart and professional

Hillary's seem desperate and grasping at straws. Ed Rendell didn't seem too enthusiasic on This Week, IMO. He really used to be so sure that she was going win PA big. I think it is sinking in to everybody that Hillary doesn't have a real chance of turning this around.

3. I feel like that too

It seems like the MSM has changed their negative tone about Obama since the Hillary/Bosnia thing happened. I hope that the amount of time before the PA primary helps him-I am kind of getting the feeling that it will. The more people get to know him in PA the better he will do. It would be great if Edwards endorsed him, doesn't seem likely at this point but it would be great if he did.

"Sen. Clinton's plan is a great plan" that closely resembles John Edwards' proposal, she said. Clinton's plan mandates that every American be insured. Elizabeth Edwards said only universal healthcare would resolve one of the problems plaguing the healthcare system -- its soaring cost.


I strongly disagree with Mrs. Edwards about the healthcare plan. No idea what they'll do, but it may be that them not endorsing anyone is best.

The Hillary supporters are becoming more about US than they are about HER.

The Obama campaign had someone at my Senate district convention in Texas yesterday - to remind us to be civil to EVERYONE.

What a difference in this campaign. Makes me proud to be part of this change.

7. My 75 yr old Landlady watched the speach on the net, said she cried.

The Wright thing was a 3-2 fast ball to Obama, who hit a Texas leaguer that bounced to the outfield wall, for a stand up triple. AS the announcer says: "Good job by the Rookie to get a triple outta that hit up the middle".

Sooner or later the Rookie will be hitting them regularly out of the park. LTFO

8. Obama's the only guy that could actually

'kill em with kindness' and actually get away with it.

He's also the only person that can get certain issues through my brain, both by being thorough and 'layman' in his answers, but without being condescending like bushtard always is.

9. I like that people in the MSM are starting to

call him the "Presumptove Nominee" but I must admit I am still nervous. Those crooked Clintons are capable of anything, so I won't feel comfortable until it is official.
