Geist and Shuster are not "anchors." Shuster is a pretty good reporter and Geist is a twit who could be Tucker's little brother, a "me too" idiot without any thoughtful opinions of his own.

39. What I want to know is how Willie Geist and David Shuster qualify as anchors.

Willie is just Tucker's sidekick on his show, and David Shuster is usually a reporter and is seldom, if ever, used to anchor or host a show. David Gregory has helmed Hardball more than Shuster has been used as a host. Don't get me wrong, I like Shuster, but an "anchor" he is not.
