The WSJ editorial page may be batshit insane, but their news reporting is very good. I've met John Harwood before, and found him to be a very fair-minded reporter.

From what I remember, it's about 56-59% that are against the sell-out. Most of that is Bancroft owned and easy to verify. The small independent investors are the unknown aspect, but that's a small percentage and likely won't have much influence.
