I used to have one, had to put her down at 14 years, cancer. She was a great companion, good with kids, other dogs, everyone loved her. Their "bark" will always get comments from people. Do you own one?

A male named Bear, and our female, Sidney. What amazes me about this breed is how smart they are. Our female has an unbelievable vocabulary recall, and our male is no slouch either.

Shadow, the old girl I had until 2004, was the most intelligent dog I ever had. We got her at an animal rescue shelter, believe it or not, as a puppy. I couldn't believe it. A pure-bred Schipperke from a shelter? There were 3 of them actually, I should have taken them all but I'm not greedy.
The first night we brought her home we put her in a 3' tall inside pen. She was out of there within minutes. I knew we had our hands full after that. :rofl: She was a great dog. Her tombstone reads, "Shadow, 1990-2004 Best Dog Ever". :cry: I still miss the old girl. She was my constant companion and best friend.
There's no way I could ever afford another pure-bred, I got lucky with her. I'm still on the lookout though. I'm on several lists from shelters and pounds and if they ever bring one in, he/she's MINE! :)

He is only the puppet... Rove and Cheney are the root. Rove next, then Cheney for impeachment. Then we let Bush appoint a new VP.. At that point we should be well ready for the Impeachment of Bush. Much more evidence will be exposed following this order of Impeachment proceedings!

You start with the weakest branch and work your way to the "root". Republicans took the opposite approach with Clinton. Democrats are more strategic. They actually understand the law, whereas the republicans play the media with cheap tricks and sound bites, producing a temporary reaction, not sustainable results.

Gonzo is protecting those involved in voter caging...well that's what I took away from the PBS show NOW a couple of days ago. It is my hope that all of America, myself included gets a better understanding of the voter caging that went on, gonzo actually getting impeached would be good too of course. I watched C-SPAN's Washington Journal on this topic, (July 31), and listened to the callers. The Dem callers, were for impeaching Gonzo, there were many differing reasons, from his protection of the "Voter Caging Crooks" to "Impeach the Lot of Em" The republican supporters all sounded like hayseeds but to a man, (or woman), they all echoed this one sentiment: "This is Democrats going after bush in any way they can, Gonzo is just an innocent man who did nothing wrong." Isn't it just amazing that the exact same memo made it around to every single hick town in America. Gotta hand it to the right wingers...they sure know how to get their baloney out there.
