10. Yeah, and as I noted elsewhere, a 27 year old USMC 0-3 on her third tour in Iraq

was piloting that SeaKnight that was downed yesterday. She was due to come home next week.

And no one talks about her.

But Anna Nicole, and a diapered astronaut....they get all the news. It's easier to lose oneself in the lives of celebrities and anyone who is 'notorious.'

As for Anna Nicole, she might be dead. They were doing CPR on her, unknown if she responded to it. Of course everyone is thinking drugs... I do feel sad for her, she probably hasn't had the best life, even with her looks and fame.

They say money can't buy happiness, and I do believe that.

Sources tell ET that ANNA NICOLE SMITH died this afternoon after she collapsed at a Florida hotel.

The actress and TRIMSPA spokesperson was staying at the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, Florida.

According to reports, Anna Nicole collapsed around 2 p.m. and paramedics were called. They reportedly performed CPR at the scene. She was then taken to the Memorial Regional Hospital.

Her partner, HOWARD K. STERN, tells ET that Anna Nicole's temperature was running high last night. The couple was shopping for a new boat in Florida.

Obviously, like so many, her health degenerated after the loss of a loved-one. The last I saw her, I honestly did not recognize her face, she had changed her appearance so much.

A lovely woman. I sincerely hope that the media's obsession with her did not contribute to her death, but somehow, I doubt it since pneumonia is often an opportunistic infection.
