| Had a treadmill stresser today--FAUX Snooze in the waiting room. |
|
All three of us agreed quite politely to turn it off; we were all reading anyway. Just as I reach for the dial, an incoming patient objected very vociferously to our turning it off.
We complied with his wishes, but when New Patient began to comment, he was quite startled to find that three Phoenicians were not shy with disagreeing with him about our "beloved" Sherriff Joe Arpaio.
We all managed to get through the boring/grueling/seemingly interminable stesser quite well, though. I'm not sure New Patient did; none of us waited around to find out. I do know he didn't feel very comfortable in the waiting room after shooting off his mouth.
BTW, I have no idea of my cardio parctices' political leanings, but they are an excellent practice and I'm not about to change over that. It's never been on in the waiting room before, fwiw.
It just kind of gave me a warm fuzzy!
