1. A GOP debacle in the 2008 elections... |
|

3. A tax revolt big enough to leave them without funds for the war |
|
It's about getting $$ to their cronies in the military industrial complex.

5. So you say boycotting the paying of taxes will work |
|
but boycotting of the major Republican contributors will not work, and people will risk arrest and fines with a boycott of paying taxes?

7. Democrats that honor their mandate, and represent the people who voted for them, would be a start... |
|
But first, about 95% of them have to re-grow their spines, and tell their corporate sponsors to take a hike, and I don't see either of those things happening anytime soon.

to target Publican Lite. (Now entering the way back machine. He's a Daley Dem from 1968.)

Actually, they probably don't have that much heart. Nevermind. Actually, I think maybe a boycott of their donors might work. Has it been tried? What if MoveOn started it?

I have advocated a boycott of Republican contributors in one shape or form for about 9 years now.
I have sent email to moveon for the last 3 years asking them to do a boycott of Republican contributors to no avail.
Moveon would rather send petitions that have no power over the Republicans and the Republicans promptly ignore Moveon.

If Repukes don't get their money, they'll probably stop this nonsense. They like their money even more than war.

10. Re-open Congressional ENRON Investigations, Give Skilling Immunity to Testify vs. WH |
|
Bush-Cheney would end the War tomorrow if Congress were to re-open investigations into the price gouging of Calfornia, with Jeff Skilling as their chief witness with an offer of immunity on the table in exchange for his testimony.
