| Judge to Hear 'DC Madam' Selective Prosecution Argument (Goodling memo) |
|
CLG: Judge to Hear 'DC Madam' Selective Prosecution Argument --Memo from Monica Goodling to 'detail politicization of the Department of justice' --Subpoenas to be sought By Lori Price 21 Oct 2007 Citizens for Legitimate Government (CLG) has learned that US District Judge Gladys Kessler will hear a selective prosecution argument made by the so-called DC Madam, Deborah Jeane Palfrey, on Monday. ...Ms. Palfrey "will be offering a composite exhibit of statements, news articles and a memo from Monica Goodling which collectively detail the politicization of the Department of Justice in a manner which lends credence to Jeane's argument of selective prosecution."
<snip>
In essence, according to (Attorney) Mr. Sibley, Ms. Palfrey is arguing that 'as the only one of some eighty-three (83) escort agencies operating in the metro-DC area, the government's decision to prosecute her was based upon political considerations arising before the November 2006 elections.'

That sounds totally and completely RIGHT! I hope she proves this beyond a shadow of a doubt, and is exonerated of all charges, and the Bu$h crime family gets handed all the credit for it! AND I PRAY IT MAKES MSM! Bring it on, I'll make the popcorn! siri
