16. Kick! Lots of great stuff here, but Come Late, Stay Forever is

probably my personal favorite, just because there really is something so unsettling and ambiguous about the image, that it really is spooky. Same goes for Apprehensive, which conceals a palpable sense of apprehension (even absent the title) under a really formal composition.

And then of course there's bump in the night, which I knew would be the one to beat. It's technically enviable, deceptively simple, and for a non-fanatic when it comes to cats, it's pretty creepy.
