I don't know how to do screen caps, but she's on right now. Maybe I just a prude.

She might have been told to do that by management, maybe she just likes to show off to flirt, or something. Might be voluntary or compulsory.
Don't know. My theory is that classy women don't have to advertise. That doesn't mean running around in a pup tent with holes for the eyes either, nor does it mean wearing your undies as outerwear.

if you ever watch Le Journal (the French nightly news), Beatrice Shoenberg -- their top anchor and, in my mind, one of the most beautiful, classiest women alive -- wears things that might be considered low-cut or risque by American standards and pulls it off with class and panache. She always looks professional as well as ravishing whether she's wearing a silk tank top (I'm not kidding ... they dress this way on the Nightly Newscasts over there! I love it!) or a suit.
In addition, they have another female news anchor who has a medium to slight case of red splotches (maybe psoriasis?) on her chest, the side of her face and on one of her arms and hands and there's no real effort to hide or apologize for it. It's a brilliant example of how she was obviously hired because of how well she does her job and not on the fact that she's "perfect". You would NEVER see someone with something like this on an American newscast, especially one that's nationwide.
Just my two cents.

| 2. wow - she looks pretty darned good |
|
Never did care for her - until she did her Katrina interviews (on the HBO special??? - can't remember)
She was actually pretty good - asked some tough questions.
I wonder if she is discouraged from doing so on CNN in the am - she has the potential to ask tough questions.

| 7. Trying to improve on that male demographic ? |

Could be her own idea, or a message from management.
