But I would send President Dodd a new necktie.
Everytime I see him on TV it's that same damned ugly green necktie.
It's driving me crazy.

| 34. Agree. One thought would be to avoid Walter Reade-type disgraces as |
|
which have become pervasive under Bush and to recommit the nation to proper treatment to its veterans and their families and friends.
I think Max could preside over a Senate as veep to ensure that legislation reflects that recommitment.
And he'd be terrific on just about everything else, too.

|
Good post, as always -- thank you.
True though it is that Dodd/Cleland may not be everyone's first choice, I was poking around the voting booth, so to speak, to see if people could adjust their only-my-favorite-first-choice goals into a broader party notion in which many but not every single person would feel a degree of satisfaction.
There's be better treatment of our veterans, for example, and better international relations, and I bet some strong Court picks.

Hope you're doing well these days out in the Golden Land.
