"Now he will get his ears boxed by the Master Politician!"
In case you havent heard, many big name Democrats (Teddy Kennedy and several others) are warning Bill to cease making a fool of himself.
These are influential Democrats that have yet to support either candidate, and if Bill doesnt listen to them Hillary may be sorry as they start throwing their support behind Obama.

Hey Democrats! Ask yourselves this question; why were George Will, Mathew Dawd (campaign strategist for Bush-Cheney) on This Week and Tim Russert and his fellow round table on Meet the Press, doing damage control for Obama this morning? They twisted his loss in Nevada, defended his Ronald Reagan phopah and lack of support from the Spanish community. Don’t turn away people....face it! They’re saving him for later. They are just licking their chops, waiting for the kill. We can not buy their Obama sell. The Republicans, as I have stated in the past, own MSNBC, CNN and others. They control the message that is being put out. They have used the same sell for Obama as they did Bush; type of guy you can have a beer with, a Uniter, optimistic etc. Same pitch different guy. But not because they’re on the side of Democrats; they’re Republicans! Don’t take the Republican bait. Hillary in 2008!

I mean come on, how are a number of democrats gonna react when hard-line republicans start helping a dem candidate? yup, by looking at another one, which means them going out 'protecting' Obama is in Hillary's favor making her the more likely nominee for them to crush

Of course they don't want a Dem president, Obama or anyone. They just think that Obama is greener at this game and they'll trip him easier - Hillary is battle tested for 16 years - she tends to come back.

After he made the Reagan remarks. Now he seems to be a sniffy whining 'poor put out Obama'. He lacks the experience we need in a prez, but when the newsy ones start defending him, then I'm suspicious. If not Edwards, then it will be Hillary for me.

which I won't go into anywhere on DU, but it goes back to an incident that happened when she was First Lady. It's Edwards for me, if not Edwards, Obama. I'll vote for HRC if she's the nominee.

There's a comment about Russert and George Will doing damage control for Obama that includes this:
"They twisted his loss in Nevada, defended his Ronald Reagan phopah and lack of support from the Spanish community."
(I have to admit that faux pas is pronounced like pho pah, but I never saw the phonetic -- or phopahnetic -- spelling before. )
His whole point was that those guys are Republicans and they're just talking nice about Obama now, which is almost certainly true. Those bastards will trash WHOEVER is the Dem nominee.
Does anyone else feel like the latter part of Bill's presidency, with the impeachment circus, plus the time since then has lasted about fifty years? Time seems to move faster as you get older but damned if it doesn't seem like this particular decade has lasted forever.

And if he even pulls a draw, folks will have to look twice at him and realize he's a viable candidate nationally.
