I think the only time when these secrets are successfully held is when people are serving
under intimidation --- and that is certainly still happening.

And, if you look to some of the behavior patterns of "rich and powerful people" --- and in the
main we are talking about MALES, of course --- you will see the use of prostitutes and even
some mention of abuse of youths --- but you'll also see long term multi-mistresses ---
