He claims to have absolute Executive Privileges doesn't he?

So how come he didn't just take our tax dollars?

1. He did by giving out 630 billion right before the Bailout vote yesterday.

2. I believe he's skeeered. He doesn't want to take responsibility for this mess.
And...the backlash would be overwhelming.

3. He wants Congress implicated/complicit in the crime, so they can't fight him
from a high moral ground, just like he did all the other crimes.
