State ballot questions?

Which ones are noteworthy of some national attention and/or generate controversy?

I know the CA ballot question to make same sex marriage illegal is a biggie.

MA has three ballot questions this year... two of which have some significance.

One is to repeal the state income tax, and the other is to decriminalize possession of small amounts of marijuana.

The income tax question will be a close one; probably against, but it could just as easily swing the other way.

The pot decrim question should pass fairly easily.

Note... both projections are my SWAG (scientific wild assed guess), based on 52 years of living here. :smoke:
