Is Bank of America Shilling for ReTHUGS?

Something happened tonight that I found curious. I received a phone call, and the Caller ID said Bank of America. I have a credit card with them, so I answered the phone. The next thing I hear is a recording of the voice of Bob Goodlatte (R - 6th District in VA), inviting me to join a telephonic town meeting. I hung up, but I am still wondering about the ID of Bank of America.

But why didn't the ID simply say the rethug's name - not identify as Bank of America?
