Still Protesting Guantanamo

Why are there still people protesting the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba? President Obama has already signed documents to have the facility closed. It will take about a year to close the facility. So, is there a reason people are still protesting the facility?

still don't know their fate, still haven't been charged. I imagine being told you might get out of there in a year is no comfort, considering how they've been treated.
