I lived in Brazil for 9 years in the 70's and the dream of every Brazilian struggling to make ends meet or those who were more educated and found there was no need for their diplomas or talents was to move here. On practically on every street corner, there where schools teaching English but guess what...? I was there last year and the English teaching schools are far and few between. They have been replaced by.....CHINESE language schools! Whereas once people were jealous because i lived here they now ask how i can stand it. The Chinese are everywhere, investing in the country at all levels; they behave with consideration and do not look down on the Brazilians nor are they arrogant about their success. Anyway, I could go on but i think i got the message across.

Unless they looked at maps, and figured out why the Gov't is so focused on encircling China with bases and allies, pipelines that lead to friendly countries and ports.
