1. Odd..
Halfway through the survey I got an error message that said that I had already taken the survey (and I had not)

Maybe they didn't like my answers...

2. Your link is invalid, as it goes to your own completed survey
I tried inserting my own answers instead of yours, and after taking the whole survey it thinks Im you, and says mine was invalid because it thinks I took it already.
