Hmmm..mmm
Who is this Holder fellow? Is he the new Sheriff in town? He walks in like John Wayne and says, "wait just a doggone minute, here", the law is not Democratic or Republican. Neither the President nor his underlings get to say what is investigated or who is or is not prosecuted. The law is blind when it comes to Party affiliation.
You got that, Pilgrim?

That's why I don't know why Obama ruled out prosecution and said we must "look forward."
It seems to me that he should have waited until the DOJ chimed in. The DOJ should remain free of political influence and should uphold the law regardless of party affiliation.
Maybe Obama knew this all along and he's playing good cop, bad cop. That's entirely possible.
