| saying 'wash your hands frequently' isn't saying enough |

when in public you should not let your fingers touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
this was taught to me as a kid during the polio outbreak and I taught it to my kids.
after awhile it becomes habit.
if you have an unbearable itch use the INSIDE of your shirt or tissue to get at the itch, not your fingers.
even babies and toddlers can be taught this, even though you always have to keep an eye on them.
so wash hands and don't touch your eyes, nose or mouth when out in public.
