this from a Mexican lawyer - that this is a great big conspiracy dreamed up and implemented by the CIA (who else?) to scare tourists into not going to Mexico on holiday and thereby keeping the tourist $$$$ in the USA.
Wouldn't it be funny if he turned out to be right?
