| Here is a Question For All the DEM Candidates: Should Fox News Be Treated Like A Real News Outlet? |
|
Just like any other issue, they all should weigh in on this one.
It will tell you whether they are willing to extend legitimacy to an obviously corrupted political arm of the Republican Party, dedicated to the destruction of Democrats everywhere.
Roger Ailes and Murdock can act like Fox News is a real News source, but those who have worked there and left because of their corrupted practices tell the real story. They created it and maintain it today to give cover to Repubs, drown out Democrats, and destroy the Democratic Party and its candidates.
Even if they could moderate an impartial Democratic debate, they do not deserve the legitimacy that Dems will bestow upon them if the CBC goes forward with their debate scheduled with Fox News.
There comes a time when you stand up to these pretenders, and tell them they are not welcome. Period.
Good for you John Edwards, you have shown the way.
How about the rest of the Democratic Candidates? If they want us to seriously consider giving them our vote, we have a right to know where they stand on this important issue.

| 2. I don't think it's that big of news. Besides, it's a perfect chance to put Fox |
|
Publicly down. They get the chance to confront Fox directly. In that light, I would think Edwards would welcome the chance to say something to them in person. It's easy to say things away but, what about saying to their faces? Just another way of looking at this.

| 3. None of the corporate media conglomerates are real news. |
|
Entertainment to get viewers, advertising based on estimated number of viewers to get paid - that's all there is. Journalism comes last, so they seldom bother any more. Anyone who doubts this is in denial.

Faux Noise wouldn't know journalism if it came up and kicked them where it hurt.
All of msm is made up of repug-funded, big-business lovin' media whores, BUT Faux is the WORST. When Iran released the British sailors, one cable "news" network was a tat behind the others. Faux was busy war-mongering against Iran and didn't run the breaking story. ooops, my bad.
The others offer little periodic glimmers of journalism in spite of themselves. At Faux, there is NO hope!

| 6. I think the D candidates should just say no to FOX. It is that simple... |
|
Sure they will squeal, but let them, they have zero credibility in news, and they are nothing more than a RW attempt at bashing D's whenever they can.
