7. The 80 votes is in the constitution

You can get a free copy (for a donation) at the Heritage Foundation. It clearly states that when the party of integrity is in the minority 80 votes are need to pass any legislation. The Heritage Foundation very helpfully highlights the part in the constitution which states that this caveat can be used by the minority (if said minority is the party of integrity) to its utmost advantage. And as we all know, the part of integrity always goes strictly and exactly what is in the constitution, by gawd word for word. And in the bible too, that's why every sabbath morning they are out stoning to death Wal-Mart employees. Ya just can't beat a good christian conservative republican and their values, God Bless Em!
