| 22. Among female Dem governors, I'd go with Napolitano (AZ) |
|
Sebelius is VERY conservative (makes Hillary look like the lefty Insannity paints her as!) plus AZ is getting rather purple and would be easier to pick off than KS (many more electoral votes, too). Also Napolitano is among the few who can actually discuss that hot-button issue, immigration, in measured, reasonable tones, without shouting "Shut up! Shut up!! SHUT UP!!!".

JEB Bush!
oh gawd. :sarcasm:
Actually, I would rather see Hillary in the VP slot with Edwards or Kucinich as Pres. That, of course, if Al Gore doesn't run. Or Edwards/O'bama and Hillary in a high position in the Administration. Except for February, which has 28.

1) Russ Feingold because her problem with democrats are with progressives, if she choose Feingold she would have somebody who progressives adore. However, I'm not sure how that choice would go over with middle america--a jew whose been divorced three times?
2) Governor Bill Richardson of NM--he's a governor and has tons of experience. Comes from a swing state.
3) Gen. Wesley Clark--From the south, strong on military issues, against the Iraqi War.

Hold party registration to themselves or register independent until ready to run for something. Edited, Batiste said he is a life long republican but open to changing. http://www.salon.com/news/feature/2006/10/25/generals/

Former Va. Gov. Mark Warner could be a good pick, too. Some others mention Evan Bayh, and I'd agree with that. Tom Vilsack would be competent but totally uninspiring.
