These CZARs need to be taken out asap by whatever means necessary

Here is an example of the hate regularly spewed on a local newspaper comment section. This poster, 'McTroll' never fails to spew the hate. This one sounds like a threat to me. What do you think?

I was looking for others opinions on it. Whether it is just a bitter gopper spouting off, or a serious threat.
