Changing social and economic factors is the solution, people need an income that offer a sustainable existence along with healthcare so the need to cross the wrong side of the tracks to survive and leaving behind there dignity, self worth, along with respect for others as well.

Not hard to comprehend that it's the distribution of wealth at issue here, the outsourcing of jobs the lack of health care fueled by those who lead this country in this direction.

If you can't find the problem you cant fix it. Let's fix it!
