There are probably legal implications as well. That kind of thing could result in some sort of charges. I'm not sure what, but I bet there are regulations against it. On the other hand, can you imagine the phone inquiry? "Hello, may I speak to the Postmaster? Thanks. Good day. I was wondering if there are any postal regulations against sending a stinky raw fish to some asshole."

The one person's name they are seeing over and over again, Rahm. The whole thing is ridiculous because nobody will do it, but I'm willing to explore interesting protest campaigns. Interestingly enough, I know my local post mistress pretty well and we have had this conversation before. All kinds of crazy shit she has seen in the mail, tires, body parts, etc. And yes, I asked her if she had seen fish sent in the mail and she said "yes". It's not illegal.
