Gotta love the asshat who called blaming the unions (most notably SEIU) as the reason for state budgets to be so high...not the unfunded mandates his boy boooshie turned loose as well as the disastrous tax cuts for the rich that drained billions from state coffers. Yep...blame the workers...typical GOOP claptrap.

I still give it an incomplete as a lot of the money I've seen spent has been on preserving jobs and fixing a backlog of simple problems, it's still not generating jobs for those without them.
