Has Tenet mentioned the Office of Special Plans or the Downing St. Memos?

Since it appears that Tenet is looking to cover his ass, I would think he'd spend a lot of time talking about the OSP in the Pentagon. I would also think he'd want to talk about how much Bush and Cheney wanted to invade Iraq from day one. I haven't read the book, so I don't know how much is covered, but I don't recall him mentioning them in his 60 Minutes interview last night.

1. Crickets, so I guess not.

I couldn't stomach the entire pity-me display on 60 Mins so can't say for sure he didn't mention these things there either, but I'd be very surprised if he mentioned the DSM in his book. The only people who talk about the DSM are those who are truly interested in the truth.

2. He actually does mention both ....

The OSP obliquely, by excoriating Cheney and his clandestine intelligence outfit at the Department of Defense, and he specifically mentions the Downing Street Memo by name, though I cannot recall in what stanza or verse of his 'Mea Culpa' poem ...

Tenet did mention some vague encounter with Italian intelligence - the Italian asked if Tenet "knew the situation" - all mysterious n stuff. I think I read it offa TPM, maybe ABC...shoot
