PEARLAND, Texas -- A park designed to honor U.S. presidents is being taken apart before it was ever completed, KPRC Local 2 reported Tuesday.
A bank is set to foreclose on the land set aside for the Presidential Park and Gardens at the Waterlights District on state Highway 288 near Pearland.
The park, which featured gigantic busts of presidents, was supposed to open in 2009, but the developer said it was delayed because of the recession. A few of the busts were in place
