not a small business owner. How many times do I have to mow the Cardiologist's lawn to pay off the open heart surgery?

That's about minimum these days. Could be very much more, astronomical if you have complications and wind up styaing in the ICU longer than necessary to wake up from surgery.

You probably wouldn't have enough time to mow it enough. His was around $200,000 plus ICU and critical care afterward because the heart condition was secondary to MRSA and there were a lot of complications.
Also there would be the matter of the hospital lawns. For room and board alone without tests, doctors or supplies they charged us $1.5 million dollars.
