Back in 2004, Fitzgerald questioned Bush for 70 Minutes regarding the CIA Leak case

U.S. federal prosecutors questioned President George W. Bush for more than an hour on Thursday as part of their investigation into who leaked the name of an undercover CIA operative to the media. U.S. Attorney Patrick J. Fitzgerald was in the Oval Office with Bush for 70 minutes. Fitzgerald is leading the Justice Department probe.

So the Fitz spoke with President Mishap for over an hour. I wonder what impression Fitzgerald has on Bush? Any thoughts?

That's my recollection, anyway.

Bush brought his own lawyer. A private lawyer. That was big deal at the time.

And they didn't testify under oath.

Let's just say that if Mr. Fitzgerald had been impressed with this testimony, Scooter would still be screwing things up in Crashcart's office.
