Who wrote the bill that raises taxes on millionaires?

It wasn't the dems, it was republicans. Their bill sunsetted the cuts that "raised" their taxes. They planned on their empire to last long enough to renew them, but "whoops!"

If they want to frame this as a "tax raise for millionaires", then they have to own it. It's theirs!

with reconciliation, a tactic they derided as evil when the Dems used it. Boner was there, leading the charge. These are the boner tax hikes, written by the Repugnants but you'll never hear the Democrats in the WH or congress talk about that, it just wouldn't be polite.
