We have VIDEO of a lady on a scooter in a store actually picking up a woman's pocketbook which she apparrently left inadvertantly on the counter, and leaving the store with it.

Better call COPS...I can see the low speed chase now...the lady on the scooter with 6 cars in pursuit.
