| Hello from a newbie and question about pattern making. |

Hello crafty group. I'm new to this part of DU. Very pleased to find it.
Last night I missed a session at a sewing workshop on making a garment pattern. It had something to do with a body form. We were instructed to bring duct tape, paper tape and a garbage bag or old teeshirt. Does anyone have a clue about the process? I was so disappointed to have missed. it.
I'm excited to read about everyone's crafting!

It's amazing that you've given me exactly what I was asking for! I had pretty much given up on garment sewing due to sizing problems. This gives me a fresh start. Thank you! :hi:

I've been wanting a dress form for awhile now, but they're so freaking expensive - looks like I might have found a solution.
