Another favorite craft blog
Jenny B's "Allsorts" blog is one of my favorites. She has a little character cartoon named Zoe that has interactive dress-up page. Now she's ready to be dressed up for Christmas.

3. I used screen capture
I like PhotoImpact for working with photographs and it has a screen capture feature. If you have a version of Photoshop it should be able to do that, too. Then you can crop the image and save it.
