Tacky spray glue?

I'd like to use a spray glue on ribbons. But I'd like something that allows for some adjusting time. Most spray glues adhere immediately. Any recommendations? I'm not in a rush.

1. Mona Lisa spray adhesive for their leafing products stay tacky

for about 24 hours. So it is really slow drying. You can find it in most crafts stores in their faux painting/metal leafing area.
