...she'll have to grow into this, but I'm going to see her next month and wanted to have something handmade for her that she would actually get to wear - they grow so fast it won't be long.

...it won't fit her for a while, but while I was visiting I found strawberry buttons so I told them another dress will be in the making as soon as I find a pattern.
Sometimes the buttons just make an outfit!
